Mall Walking Group

Join the Mall Walking Group each week. This LGBTQ+ and ally group meet in front of Barnes & Noble inside the Mesilla Valley Mall.

The group walks on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting promptly at 11:00, making three loops of the mall. Afterwards, sometimes a few of the walkers join one another for lunch.

All sizes, shapes, and abilities are welcome. We all walk at our own pace throughout.

It is a fun time chatting and staying fit. Come walk with us!

Every year, we bring together community organizations, religious groups, political representatives, artisans, craftspeople, business owners, and leaders to celebrate the growing community of LGBTQ people and our straight allies. Not only does our day-long event recognize and celebrate the advances of the LBGTQ community in local and national politics, but we also encourage continued advocacy and activism to all who are in attendance.
